Pontianak — Tiara Salsabila Hakim, a student of the Geophysics Study Program, has officially been elected as the President of the Society of Renewable Energy (SRE) Universitas Tanjungpura, a student organization focused on the development and promotion of renewable energy on campus.

Her election as SRE President serves as clear evidence of the commitment and capability of Geophysics students in contributing to strategic issues, particularly in the field of sustainable energy. In her role, Tiara will lead various programs aimed at increasing students’ awareness of the importance of renewable energy utilization and encouraging innovation in this field.

In her statement, Tiara expressed her gratitude and determination to bring SRE Universitas Tanjungpura to a more progressive and impactful level. “I hope SRE can become a platform for interdisciplinary collaboration in developing ideas and solutions related to renewable energy, as well as making meaningful contributions to society,” she said.
