The Geophysics Study Program, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA), Universitas Tanjungpura, held a Lecturer–Student Discussion Forum on 7 December 2025. The activity was conducted in a hybrid format, combining onsite and online sessions, allowing all Geophysics students to participate.
This discussion forum served as a platform to strengthen communication between lecturers and students, as well as to convey the latest academic information and developments within the Geophysics Study Program. In addition, the forum provided an open and constructive space for students to express their aspirations, feedback, and various academic challenges encountered during the learning process.
Through interactive discussions, the activity is expected to foster a more open, collaborative, and supportive academic atmosphere. The Geophysics Study Program FMIPA UNTAN considers this forum an important part of its ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of academic services and to strengthen lecturer–student engagement.
The Lecturer–Student Discussion Forum is expected to be conducted on a regular basis as an effective communication channel to support the creation of a conducive academic environment that is focused on student development.
