2024 Internal Quality Assurance Audit For Geophysics Program

Pontianak, 6 November 2024 – The Geophysics Program at Universitas Tanjungpura (UNTAN) successfully carried out its Internal Quality Assurance Audit on Wednesday, November 6, 2024. This audit, which aims to ensure the quality standards of education and program management, was conducted by two experienced auditors from UNTAN’s Center for Quality Assurance: Dr. Wenny Pebrianti, SE, M.Sc., and Puji Ardiningsih, S.Si., M.Si.

 

The audit focused on evaluating the documentation system and the consistent application of UNTAN’s Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) within the Geophysics Program. The process included a thorough review of documentation, procedural adherence, and previous audit findings. Below are the conclusions drawn by the audit team as outlined in the report:

  1. Comprehensive and Structured Documentation System
    The Geophysics Program’s documentation system was found to be sufficiently complete and well-structured to support the implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System. The auditors affirmed that it is in accordance with SPMI requirements.

  2. Consistent and Ongoing Quality Assurance Implementation
    The faculty has consistently implemented the Internal Quality Assurance System, showing dedication to maintaining high standards in line with SPMI.

  3. Zero Findings in Current Audit Period
    No major, minor, or observational findings were noted during this audit period, reflecting the program's compliance with quality standards.

  4. Effective Follow-Up on Previous Audit Findings
    All findings from previous audits have been effectively addressed and followed up, indicating ongoing improvements.

  5. Commitment to Stakeholder Satisfaction
    The Geophysics Program demonstrates a strong commitment to implementing the Internal Quality Assurance System, aiming to achieve high levels of stakeholder satisfaction.
