Fmipa Untan Geophysics Webinar: Unveiling Indonesia's Natural Potential During The Covid-19 Pandemic

Pontianak – The Geophysics Study Program of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) at Universitas Tanjungpura (Untan) held a webinar themed "Unveiling Indonesia's Natural Potential During the COVID-19 Pandemic" on Thursday, June 25, 2020. The event was conducted via Zoom and live-streamed on the FMIPA Untan YouTube channel, drawing the attention of over 615 participants.

The webinar was opened by Untan's Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Dr. Ir. Radian, MS., who represented the Rector. In his opening remarks, Dr. Radian praised FMIPA Untan's initiative to continually hold webinars as a means of education and knowledge dissemination during the pandemic.

“FMIPA is very proactive in organizing webinars, providing information, insights, and scientific discussions to the public. Hopefully, this will add value for all of us,” said Dr. Radian.

Two main speakers, Prof. Drs. Adi Susilo, M.Si., Ph.D., from Universitas Brawijaya and M. Syamsu Rosyid, Ph.D., from Universitas Indonesia, delivered engaging and informative presentations. The event also featured FMIPA Untan Dean
