Dr. Dwiria's research interests lie at the intersection of applied physics, specifically in the fabrication and characterization of functional materials for environmental applications as adsorbents or catalysts in the treatment of peat water, liquid and gas waste, for energy applications as capacitors, and for medical applications as implant biomaterials or scaffolds, as well as the physical characterization of biological systems. She has received research grants for Fundamental Research and DIPA Untan. Dr. Dwiria has collaborated on publications with BRIN and the Department of Transportation. In addition to being a lecturer, Dr. Dwiria is a certified editor and an international examiner for French language proficiency.
